The purpose of SOTA Korea Club is to promote the activation of mountains in Korea within the context of the SOTA Programme.
|
대한민국 산정상교신클럽은 산정상교신 프로그램과 연관하여 대한민국 산악에서의 활동을 조장하는 데 목적을 둔다.
|
|
It is also intended to create opportunities for club members to activate together at least twice a year.
|
또한 적어도 일 년에 두 차례 클럽 구성원들이 함께 활동할 수 있는 기회를 제공하기로 한다.
|
|
Lastly, it exists to transfer management of the Korean SOTA Association into an ever growing and more involved group of Korean amateurs.
|
끝으로, 대한민국 산정상교신 연합의 관리권한을 꾸준히 성장하면서 열심히 참여하는 대한민국 아마추어무선사 그룹에 이양할 수 있도록 한다.

Members are asked to pay 10,000 won in yearly dues to aid in various administrative and promotional expenses.

회원들은 연회비로 10,000원을 납부하도록 한다. 적립된 회비는 다양한 관리감독활동 및 홍보비용으로 활용한다.

There will be at least two (2) group activations per year, falling on the International SOTA weekends (1st weekend of May and last weekend of August).
|
국제 산정상교신 주간(5월 첫째 주, 8월 마지막 주)에 맞춰 일 년에 적어도 두 차례의 단체 활동을 가진다.

|
Additionally, the Club will have a presence at the various Ham Fests and local KARL branch club meetings throughout the country, as much as reasonably possible.
|
또한 우리 클럽은 이유가 닿는 한 다양한 햄 축제 및 한국아마추어무선연맹 산하 지부의 클럽 모임에 참석할 수 있다.

|
Lastly, the Club members are invited to attend a general assembly / MT held yearly ‘off the mountain’ to be open not only to activators but also to chasers and listeners.
|
끝으로, 클럽 회원들은 매년 개최되는 총회와 MT에 초대되며, 활동자로서뿐 아니라 추적자나 청취자로서 참여할 수 있다.

1.4 Club Callsign Usage

Usage of the Club callsign is restricted to explicitly sanctioned Club events, including but not limited to tables at Hamfests as well as group activations on valid SOTA summits.
|
클럽 호출부호는 클럽 이벤트에만 사용할 수 있도록 엄격하게 제한을 둔다. 이 이벤트에는 햄 축제 뿐 아니라 산정상교신 규정에 포함된 정상에서의 그룹 활동을 포함한다.

A “voting member” is any member in good standing who holds a valid amateur radio operator‟s license and whose dues have been paid for at least twenty-eight days.
|
유효한 아마추어 무선사 자격증을 가지면서 회비를 납부 유효기간을 28일을 넘기지 아니한 회원은 누가나 ‘투표권’을 가진다.
|

Any membership may be canceled for good cause by unanimous action of the Executive Commitee.
|
정당한 이유가 있을 때 집행위원들은 어떤 회원의 권한을 만장일치에 의해 박탈할 수 있다.

The executive committee of the Club is composed of the President, the Vice-President and the Secretary.
|
클럽의 집행위원회는 회장, 부회장, 그리고 총무로 구성된다.
|

The President of the Club is by default the Association Manager.
|
연합 매니저가 자동적으로 클럽의 회장을 맡게 된다.
|
|
The Vice-President assists the President and may act in the name of the President.
|
부회장은 회장을 보좌하며 회장의 권한을 대행할 수 있다.
|
|
The Secretary is responsible for taking minutes at Club gatherings where official business takes place. The Secretary is also responsible for collecting yearly dues.
|
총무는 공식행사가 열렸을 때 클럽 모임의 회의록을 작성해야 한다. 또한 총무는 연회비 징수의 책무를 맡는다.
|
|
The Vice-President and the Secretary are chosen by the voting members of the Club.
|
부회장 및 총무는 클럽의 투표권을 가진 회원들에 의해 선출된다.
|
|
The terms of office are of two (2) years’ duration. They can be renewed without limitation.
|
집행위원들의 임기는 2년이며, 제한 없이 재선출 될 수 있다.
|
|
If necessary, additional Club members could join the executive commitee.
|
필요시 클럽 회원들 중 몇 명을 집행위원회에 추가할 수 있다.
